We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who desire more freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment in their careers. InHome Therapy prioritizes its therapists and offers home health COTA jobs with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume. We are currently hiring a home health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in and around Loxahatchee, serving the adult and geriatric population. This role offers a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, flexible scheduling with autonomy over your day, therapy-first clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for growth including leadership roles and career advancement. A tablet with a data plan is provided.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
