About The Position
PYG Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join their pediatric home-based therapy team in Arizona. The role offers flexibility for clinicians to provide care in patients' homes while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that emphasizes communication, professional development, and work-life balance. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, or contract work, designed to accommodate individual schedules and career aspirations.
Requirements
- Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
- Interested in transitioning into pediatric home health.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in patients' homes
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and work toward individualized functional goals
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support continued progress between visits
- Communicate professionally and consistently with families, therapists, and members of the care team
- Build positive relationships with children and their families while delivering quality, individualized care
