About The Position

A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/ OTA) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Hartland, ME. Sanfield Rehab and Living center is a small 35 bed facility located in Hartland Maine. It has both a skilled nursing unit as well as a residential care/ assisted living unit which provides a dynamic opportunity to utilize your skills across both populations. Being a small facility, staff and residents have the opportunity to form close-knit relationships in a friendly, family-like environment. Requirements

  • Possess a current COTA/ OTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
