Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hart, MI. This role involves helping people regain independence and focuses on patient care.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, self-care, and daily living skills
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines
