About The Position

Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their in-house therapy team. This role focuses on patient care without productivity pressure and offers affordable benefits and work-life balance with up to 20 days of PTO per year. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available with flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation
• Document patient progress accurately and on time
