Independence Rehab is actively seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Skyview at Bridgeport, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Bridgeport, NE. Requirements

• Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
• Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused
• Passion for working with the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

• One year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients
• Perform and assist with all types of transfers
• Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice
• Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team
