About The Position
Ranch House Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents maintain and improve their physical and mental well-being. This full-time position works under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to design and implement individualized therapy plans for residents. Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve residents’ physical and mental function.
- Provide exercise programs and therapy activities to maintain and improve residents’ physical abilities.
- Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
