About The Position
A respected skilled nursing facility in Walnut Creek, California, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current California license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Support the rehabilitation team in achieving patient goals.
