About The Position

Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide effective, individualized therapy services to patients in their homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence through therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment training, and home environment assessments. Aspire Home Healthcare has been delivering compassionate, high-quality care for over 30 years, prioritizing patients and enabling them to live independently and comfortably.

Requirements

• Active COTA license in OH
• Recent physical exam (within past 12 months)
• Current TB test (within 12 months)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Must attend a 2-day orientation at our Dublin office

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled patient care using approved treatment techniques
• Follow therapy goals and individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care and daily treatment notes
• Assist patients and families with home programs and adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and adjust treatments as needed to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Submit all documentation and visit records in a timely manner
