About The Position

We are hiring for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. This is a per-diem, 0.01 FTE position with day shifts and hours per week as needed. The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and as prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska. Requirements

• Coursework/Training and Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
