About The Position
A respected skilled nursing facility in Fairmont, West Virginia, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. The role offers a supportive team environment, mentorship, resources for career growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients. New graduates are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current West Virginia license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
