About The Position
Varco Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes. The role focuses on helping patients improve independence and safely perform daily activities. This PRN position offers a flexible, self-managed schedule and the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-focused care in the field. Work is on the road in Saginaw and surrounding areas, with consistent patient volume available.
Requirements
- Active Texas COTA license.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home setting.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Home health experience.
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety.
- Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
