About The Position
Palmetto SpOT is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work as a traveling early interventionist in the Charleston area. The role involves working with young children and families in a rewarding pediatric caseload, with clinical and coordinator support. Openings are immediate. This is a W-9 position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in occupational therapy or another related field.
- A COTA license in South Carolina is required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with OTs, OTAs, SLPs, and audiologists.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and patient demeanor.
