About The Position
InHome Therapy is seeking full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide home health services to adult and geriatric patients in the Naperville area. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume through an agency partner network, and a supportive, therapy-first environment. We provide a tablet, data plan, supplies, mileage reimbursement, and paid training with ongoing mentorship. There are opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
