About The Position
Signature HealthCARE of Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center is a 78-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company with integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. Its mission emphasizes resident-centered healthcare, personalized spirituality, and quality-of-life initiatives. Signature Rehab provides rehabilitation services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and to other individuals on an outpatient basis. The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant joins an integrated care model, working closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients achieve full recovery and return to activities they enjoy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other clinical caregivers as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
- Support residents and patients in achieving a full recovery and a timely return to activities they enjoy.
