About The Position

Signature Healthcare of Muncie is a 185-bed facility within Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company offering services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. Signature Rehab provides rehabilitation care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and other individuals on an outpatient basis.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant works within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, collaborating with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy. The role is PRN and is intended to provide assistance 1–2 days on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an associate’s degree.
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers as part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
• Help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy.
• Provide PRN assistance 1–2 days on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
