About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, values teamwork, and wants to help residents regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Requirements

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve everyday skills including dressing, grooming, transfers, and functional mobility
• Use therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques to support recovery and independence
• Encourage resident participation and build positive therapeutic relationships
• Communicate resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
