About The Position
At Lone Tree Post Acute, we operate an In-House Therapy program, meaning you are a vital part of our facility’s culture—not an outside contractor. We provide care in a supportive, high-energy environment within our 99-bed skilled nursing facility. As a COTA, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of function.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatment according to physician-approved plans.
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team and train Restorative Aides to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs to ensure successful discharges.
- Maintain precise, timely records in compliance with OT Board standards.
- Play an active role in discharge planning and transition care.
