About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Autumn Lake at Silver Spring. In this role, you will help residents practice the skills that support their daily routines, celebrating progress both large and small along the way.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- An encouraging approach to resident care and reliable documentation

Responsibilities
- Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help residents work on personal care, coordination, and functional activities
- Adapt activities within the OT's treatment plan to meet residents where they are
- Document sessions and share observations with the OT and care team
