About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the rehab department at Autumn Lake at Overlea. You'll support residents during recovery and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them develop practical skills for greater participation in daily life.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervising OT's plan of care
- Practice dressing, grooming, and other daily living tasks with residents
- Incorporate coordination activities and adaptive techniques into treatment
- Communicate changes in residents' performance and tolerance to the OT
- Maintain treatment records and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians
