About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a COTA at Autumn Lake at Riverview. You'll help residents practice the everyday skills they need to feel more confident and independent, working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide treatment based on plans developed by the supervising OT
- Help residents practice self-care tasks, fine motor skills, and daily routines
- Record progress and share observations with the OT
- Collaborate with the care team to support each resident's goals
