About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a COTA to join the rehab department at Autumn Lake at Braddock Heights. You'll help residents practice the daily tasks that can become difficult after an illness or injury, working from treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Lead treatment sessions focused on self-care and functional skills
- Help residents practice using adaptive equipment and techniques in their care plans
- Observe how residents manage tasks and share changes with the supervising OT
- Coordinate with nursing and other therapists to support consistent care
- Document treatment and progress after each session
