About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents turn therapy goals into everyday progress by practicing the activities and routines that matter most to them.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide treatment under plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Help residents practice self-care tasks and use adaptive strategies
- Observe progress, document treatment, and share updates with the OT
- Work with the care team to support residents throughout their recovery
