About The Position
LTC Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Bear Mountain of Sudbury. In this full-time role, you will work with residents on the everyday activities they want to do more independently, providing hands-on treatment as part of a collaborative rehab team.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts COTA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Help residents practice self-care, coordination, and functional activities
- Observe progress and share updates with the OT
- Document treatment and communicate with the care team
