About The Position

Signature Rehab is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes and other individuals on an outpatient basis. Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitation therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients make a full recovery and return to the activities they enjoy in a timely manner. The role is based at Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown, a 65-bed facility that includes a 15-bed transitional rehabilitation unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an associate’s degree.
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to support residents’ and patients’ recovery and timely return to their activities.
