About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the team at Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane. In this full-time role, you will assist residents in overcoming daily challenges through hands-on treatment designed to enhance their comfort, confidence, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Maryland COTA license
- Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Practice self-care skills and functional activities with residents
- Watch for changes in performance and discuss them with the OT
- Document treatment and communicate with the rest of the care team
