About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the team at Autumn Lake at Salem County. You'll help residents practice daily activities in a supportive setting, turning each treatment session into an opportunity to build useful skills.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey COTA license
- Clear communication and timely documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Work with residents on self-care, coordination, and functional tasks
- Observe residents' progress and share relevant changes with the OT
- Complete treatment notes and collaborate with the care team
