Requirements
- California COTA license or license pending
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in residents' lives
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced occupational therapists and rehabilitation professionals.
- Build clinical confidence in a supportive post-acute setting.
- Learn directly from experienced OTs and rehabilitation professionals.
- Receive ongoing clinical guidance and support.
- Build confidence through hands-on learning.
- Gain experience with ACP therapy equipment and innovative treatment tools.
