About The Position
Generations at Regency, a premier skilled nursing community in Niles, IL, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time PM shifts (3p-11p), which require working every other weekend. New graduates are welcome to apply for these union positions. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22, along with shift differentials and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid out at $3 per regular hour worked, starting upon hire. Additional benefits include a free monthly transit pass and free health insurance for full-time employees. Requirements
- CNA Certification in the State of Illinois
- CPR Certified
- Basic computer skills
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be compassionate, tolerant and understanding of older adults
