About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants at Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehab help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and support dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role involves collaborating with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrating the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence to residents, families, customers, and staff. Full-time and part-time day and evening shifts are available. Benefits may vary by employment status and are subject to terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
