About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time role completing hospice visits to clients throughout Upper Bucks County. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care so clients can receive medical care at home. The position offers flexible scheduling and a 1:1 patient ratio. Reliable transportation is required. Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Active, good-standing listing on the Pennsylvania Aide Registry.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Complete a criminal background check.
Meet all state requirements.
Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Perform transfers and use mechanical lifting devices as needed.
Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Provide medication assistance.
