About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, and as directed by nursing management. The CNA works under the direction of the Director of CNA Services or designee, coordinates care with other licensed care staff, and follows company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. The role involves working one-on-one with patients while receiving support from a patient care team.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state or states of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; must be willing to drive.
• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with the patient care team.
• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
