About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) facilitates and enhances delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN. Duties include patient care, activities of daily living, and general support such as clerical work, stocking, courier tasks, and transport. The role demonstrates Service Excellence at all times and includes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- CNA certification required.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification by the start date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Unit Secretary, Nursing Assistant, Medic, EMT, or Paramedic.
Responsibilities
- Provide everyday patient care.
- Support activities of daily living.
- Perform assigned general support duties, including clerical work, stocking, courier tasks, and transport.
- Facilitate and enhance patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
