About The Position

Peak Resources, a North Carolina skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company with nine locations, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join the team at Peak Resources Cherryville. The company aims to provide a relaxing, comforting environment focused on residents’ well-being and happiness. Full-time and part-time positions and various shifts are available. The typical schedule listed is third shift, Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

CNAs provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by the Nursing Team. Administrative duties may also be part of the position. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible newly hired full-time employees who complete the 90-day introductory period; terms and conditions apply. The bonus offer at the Cherryville location is effective until positions are filled.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans.
