We are currently seeking a qualified Full-time LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Peak Resources Wilmington!
Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in NC.
- Must possess a current BLS CPR Certification that includes in-person skills assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two (2) years nurse-in-charge experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Assuring the implementation of the established health care plan(s) for a specific number of residents as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Participating and supporting ongoing data collection.
