About The Position
Peak Resources is a North Carolina company providing skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living services at nine locations. The company prioritizes a relaxing, comforting environment centered on residents’ well-being and happiness. Peak Resources Gastonia is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to provide routine daily nursing care and services according to residents’ assessments and care plans, as directed by the Nursing Team. Administrative duties may also be part of the position. The typical third-shift schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including every other weekend. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of CNA experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessments and care plans and as directed by the Nursing Team.
- Perform administrative duties that may coincide with the position.
