About The Position
The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to help maintain their highest practical levels of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care. The role is listed for a 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift and 0.7 AM hours. Compensation is $22.60–$25.00 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid in four installments during the first year of employment.
Requirements
- Current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
