About The Position
The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care. The position is listed at $22.60–$25.00 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments over the first year of employment. The shift is 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with 0.9 AM hours. Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities, offering services across independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice, and home care. Requirements
- Current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
