About The Position

Heritage Inn is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. The role supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and contributes to compassionate, patient-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven organization. The position is based at Heritage Inn in Statesboro, Georgia. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility for certification.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
