About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Hampton, Georgia. The role provides personalized, home-based care to seniors and people with an illness, injury, or chronic disease. CNAs work one-to-one with patients, follow care plans alongside home health nurses and aides, and have flexibility to make their own schedules. The position offers $17 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus, along with online training and opportunities to earn CEUs. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia.
Current hands-on CPR and First Aid certifications.
Current TB screening within the past 12 months.
Valid Georgia driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
Compassionate nature and good communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Care for seniors and people with an illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes.
Assist with daily activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail and skin care, eating, and nutritional intake.
Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes.
Work with home health nurses and aides to ensure the patient’s care plan is followed.
Observe patients and notify a supervisor about issues that may require changes to care, medication, or medical equipment.
