About The Position
Volare Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at Highland House Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role is available full-time or part-time, with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. The listed pay range is $23.45–$33.42 per hour, based on certified experience. Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
