About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The role works on the front lines of resident care, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report residents’ condition changes to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and support their choices.
