About The Position

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, Utah, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day-shift role. Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents’ call lights and determine their needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support with activities of daily living, including getting in and out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, and exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to help ensure residents receive appropriate diets.
• Record food and fluid intake and output as necessary.
• Promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents and help ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified.
