About The Position

Heritage House is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join their team. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, monitoring health, facilitating participation in activities, ensuring a safe environment, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Both 2nd and 3rd shifts are available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
