About The Position
Richland Nursing and Rehab is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents. This is a full-time Weekend Baylor day-shift position in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, working two 12-hour shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and receiving a 6-hour bonus. Compensation is $19–$21.20 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Strong critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities, including getting in and out of bed.
- Help patients with personal and oral hygiene.
- Reposition immobile patients to promote comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
- Take and report vital statistics.
- Observe and report changes in patient behavior or health.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
