About The Position
The PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports residents in a warm, homelike environment focused on dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The CNA assists with activities of daily living, provides companionship and reassurance, and helps foster residents’ well-being. The role involves working with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care and contributing to a supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

- Physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
