About The Position
River Falls Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living. The role helps create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment that promotes resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life. The facility is a 44-bed community in Marietta, South Carolina, offering a relaxed, supportive work environment. This is a PRN position paying $18–$19 per hour, with a willingness to work 12-hour shifts required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
- Compassion for an underserved population.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
- Take and document vital signs.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver care.
