About The Position
Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team on a part-time basis. Requirements
- Current California CNA Certification
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute experience preferred, but not required
- New CNAs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Take and document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Assist with meal service and hydration
- Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
