About The Position
CarDon and Associates is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants at Copper Trace. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents by assisting with daily living activities and supporting their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor residents’ health and report changes in their condition. Requirements
- Successfully complete a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program, or provide acceptable verification from the State Nurse Assistant Registry.
- Have no finding in the Registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
- Help residents with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and family members regarding resident needs and changes.
