About The Position

Pick up flexible PRN Certified Nursing Assistant shifts around Braymer, Missouri, and surrounding communities through Cascade's mobile staffing marketplace. Shifts are primarily in long-term care and skilled nursing settings, with pay up to $21 per hour. Workers can choose available shifts in the mobile app and receive 24/7 support from real people. A 30–60-minute travel range is strongly recommended and often required; greater travel flexibility can provide access to more shifts.

The work includes typical CNA responsibilities in long-term care and skilled nursing settings, such as assisting with activities of daily living, transfers, vital signs, documentation, and supporting nursing staff. This is W-2 employment with PRN shifts.

Requirements

• Active Missouri CNA certification.
• At least 6 months of recent CNA experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current TB test: 2-step TB test, chest X-ray, or IGRA.
• Comfort working in different facilities.
• A 30–60-minute travel range is strongly recommended and often required.
